Caliane: D/X water heat pump

The Caliane range combines direct evaporation technology in the ground collector, which gives the highest efficiency when collecting energy, and traditional water heating system at low temperature in the house.


 

Technical description


Heat is taken from the ground via a network of coils of polyethylene-coated copper pipes, inside which the refrigerant circulates. This horizontal ground collector is buried 80-120 cm underground, over an area of about 100% to 120% of the surface to be heated. This heat is transmitted inside the house by means of a hydraulic distribution system: underfloor heating, network of low temperature radiators (maximum temperature : 45°C), or any other system that uses water as its means of conducting heat. This flexibility makes it also the ideal solution for retrofit work.
